Q3. How long can I expect to get the sample?
A: If we have stock, we can ship out within 5 business days after receipt of your full payment. If we are out of stock, the production takes about 20 days.

A: We provide lifetime guarantee for our products and the warranty is 12 months. During warranty period, we provide repair parts free of charge and online instructions by video-call. If the problem can not be solved, we will send engineer over to your destination.
